Text Box: Here are a few of comments from the initial review of “The Medical Transcriptionist’s Guide to MS Word, Third Edition: Make It Your Own:
“What a wonderful tool! After 15 years in the business, I have even learned things myself. As a QA Specialist, the section on proofing gave me some new hints to incorporate.”
“I am absolutely going to recommend this manual to our MTs …This is the perfect tool for them to use to enable them to increase their productivity.”
“...I learned as much, if not more than, what I learned in an entire year at a community college for medical transcription.”
“…this is the most informative reference tool I have found since becoming a medical transcriptionist…I love it and would recommend it to anyone.”
Text Box: The Reviews Are In!
Text Box: Did you ever strike a key and somehow everything flashed before your eyes and then disappeared? Or suddenly your formatting changed and you have no clue what you did? Or what about selecting text and accidentally deleting it? Next time you make a mistake or simply change your mind, try CTL+Z. The Undo command will undo anything you do or anything Word does, including automatic capitalization and AutoCorrect entries. You can press the shortcut several times and work your way back through the last several commands or words that you typed. If you go too far, press CTL+Y, which is, of course, Redo! These shortcuts are not exclusive to Word. They often work in Windows and other applications, too.
